The Kaiyun platform, built on the dual brands 'kaiyun' and 'Kaiyun,' is dedicated to offering you a comprehensive sports service experience, encompassing match information, statistical data, interactive features, and a robust user system. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
• Respecting and protecting the intellectual property of the platform and others.
• Refraining from any actions that disrupt platform order or damage its reputation.
• Safeguarding your account credentials and being responsible for all activities under your account.
• Making timely payments for relevant services as stipulated in the agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, functionalities, and the overall design of this platform are the exclusive property of 开云体育科技（北京）有限公司 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Fees and Payment Terms

Regarding Paid Value-Added Services:

• Late payments may incur additional late fees.
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• All applicable taxes will be charged in addition, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Taxes are additional and will be charged as applicable

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kaiyun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform's services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant services within the preceding twelve (12) months.

Termination of Service

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform's services and destroy or return all confidential information in your possession.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, effectiveness, and execution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the platform's location.
